One of our other specialties is parking lot striping, the art of marking out areas with lines, direction arrows, warnings and other directional text. We use a parking lot line machine to lay out the hard-wearing, weatherproof paint accurately and quickly.
First, we mark and chalk out your required lines, then use a line striper containing traffic paint (thermoplastic for adhesion and strength) to produce the markings you require. These can include lines, text, markings, and icons (i.e., disability markings).
We have access to a range of line stripers of different sizes, capacities, and degrees of maneuverability. Whatever the scale of your job, we have the tools and experience to get it done.
Apartment Complexes
By their very nature, apartment complexes have a lot of foot traffic and are constantly in use. This makes it vital to schedule parking lot painting or resurfacing at times that will cause the least disruption. We’ll work with building owners to ensure that the job is completed as quickly as possible, without sacrificing the quality of the finish.
Depending on the car park size, we may be able to work in two sections, so that one part of the complex’s parking is available while we mark out the other. Much will depend on the co-operation of the residents of course. Sometimes it’s simply easier to get the whole job done in one go.

Retail parking can be a thorny issue, with local or city parking ordinances to follow. We’ll make sure you’ve done all the relevant due diligence before we commit paint to asphalt.
We’ll also ensure minimum disruption by working at a time when your store is closed, where possible, and using smaller line painters to avoid blocking access roads. Before we commit to any plan, we’ll do a site visit and consult with you on the right course of action.

Modern offices don’t operate from 9 to 5. We appreciate that workers need access to parking 24/7, so we consult with all our clients to decide upon a schedule that makes for minimal disruption.
